Haba na Haba Hujaza Kibaba

"Little by little fills the pot" - A Swahili proverb

Sometimes when we want to make change, we get stuck on making it the biggest and most impactful we possibly can. There's definitely nothing wrong with this, especially if you have the means and capability to do so.

If, however, you are like me, you may get stuck in not doing something because it's not perfect enough. That's where the Swahili proverb comes in. Big change is usually the result of cumulative and consistent small actions. Growing up, we had to cram a ton of Swahili proverbs to pass Kiswahili language exams. I hated them then, but now that I am older, I have a deep appreciation of the life lessons they hold.

If you'd like to support me, here are two suggestions that would go a long way:

1. Buy Enda products - we still have a long way to go and every sale counts not just for us as a company, but all the people who depend on Enda's existence.

2. Hire me to speak at your events - I've done various keynote speeches, interviews, lectures, etc. and I'd love to be part of your event, panel, or discussion.

3. Buy my book (kidding, it's not ready yet) - but on a serious note though, subscribe to my mailing list so that you can get new blog updates straight into your mailbox. Plus when the book is finally ready, I'll make sure you get a steep discount :).
